The website allows patients to create accounts, book appointments, manage TeleHealth consultations, receive communications, and access healthcare-related services from Dr Kamo Tjelele Medical Centre.
The platform does not replace emergency medical care. If you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another emergency, contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency unit immediately.
TeleHealth is only suitable for certain concerns. The practitioner may recommend an in-person consultation, referral, urgent care, or further tests if clinically necessary.
Consultation fees are shown during booking or communicated before confirmation. Appointments may require payment before confirmation. Fees may differ between in-person and TeleHealth consultations.
Prescriptions, referrals, medical certificates, and treatment plans are issued at the practitioner's clinical discretion and only where appropriate.
We aim to keep the website and TeleHealth services available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems, third-party services, or technical failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Patients may cancel appointments through the platform or by contacting the practice. A cancellation may attract a 50% cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is free. Patients are encouraged to reschedule instead of cancelling where possible, subject to practitioner availability.
If you paid in advance and cancel, the refundable amount will be the paid amount less the applicable 50% cancellation fee and any payment processing limits that may apply.
If you do not attend your appointment or join your TeleHealth session late, the appointment may be treated as missed. The practice may require a new booking and payment for a new consultation.
If the practice needs to move an appointment, you may choose a new available time at no rescheduling cost.
